1. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you (or a third party named by you) received the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by a clear statement (e.g., email).

2. Return Process

After notifying us of your withdrawal, you must return the goods within 14 days.

• Items must be unused and in original condition
• Items must be properly packaged
• You are responsible for return shipping costs

Returns remain your responsibility until received by us.

3. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund.

• Refunds will be made using the original payment method
• Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost (as required by EU law)
• We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom-made or personalized rugs
• Special made-to-order products
• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged
• Items altered after delivery

5. Damaged or Defective Products

We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Please note:
Minor irregularities in handmade or vintage rugs are part of their natural character and are not considered defects.

6. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
